Spring In Lake Tahoe

Multi-Day Sports

Multi-day sports are a Lake Tahoe springtime tradition. Start your morning on the slopes at Diamond Peak, then hit the East Shore Trail for a walk or bike ride. Finish your day paddle boarding on crystal clear water or just enjoying a famed Tahoe sunset.

Spring Activities

Hiking

The melting snow means that the trails are beginning to open up. Spring is a time for beautiful wildflowers and fewer crowds. Some of our favorites are close to Incline Village and include Hidden Beach, East Shore Trail, and Chimney Beach. To scout more of the best locations, check out AllTrails.

Biking

Incline Village offers some of the best mountain biking in the world. Our favorite spots include the East Shore Trail, Flume Trail, Tyrolian Downhill, and Tahoe Rim Trail.

Spring Skiing

North Lake Tahoe has the largest concentration of downhill ski resorts in the nation—11, in fact—with world-class terrain and spectacular views. The Incline Lodge is a gateway to all of the resorts, especially to Diamond Peak in Incline Village and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, which is 15 minutes from Incline Village.
